Tupu Lawrence, LMHC, holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayland Baptist University, and has been recently licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of Hawaii. He has experience in helping teens, adults and couples work through trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Tupu utilizes research-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients heal and work towards their goals.
Tupu is a US Army veteran with 3 combat tours and is no stranger to the challenges of PTSD, transitions, and military life. His passion for helping others increase their emotional resiliency derives from his own healing journey after separating from the military.
